Global Organization for Maternal & Child Health (Go-MCH) works to improve the survival of women and children with scientifically-based, culturally sensitive, local solutions that are developed using strategies advised by medical and public health experts living in the communities in which we serve.
We have a Scientific Advisory Board, comprised of members who live in the communities we serve and not only understand the intricacies of the culture, but also current available resources, are connected to other NGOs, governmental agencies, and community activities. Members are committed to making a difference in their communities and are passionate about their work.
Our intent is to expand capacity of existing high need, high caliber programs while analyzing the community’s infrastructural barriers that keep women, children and families from surviving and thriving. Through this, we recognize several fundamental needs all families in low income nations are facing such as lack of sustainable access to: Health Care, Nutrition, Education, and Technology to not only help them survive, but also thrive so we can not only save a life, but make it last.
